HISTORY: FLOTA AEREA MERCANTE ARGENTINA (F.A.M.A.) was Argentina's first national airline concessioned to operate, with exclusivity, the international air routes. Until then, the international air transport market had been covered only by foreign airlines: Pan American Airways, Panagra, Air France and Lufthansa, among others.
