HISTORY: SERVICIO AEREO DE TRANSPORTES COMERCIALES (SATCO) was a state airline of Peru. Ex TAM (Transportes Aereos Militares), operated from 1960 to 1973, the year it became Aeroperu. It carried out national flights of passengers and cargo, and was based on the Jorge Chavez International Airport.
